The breakfast was very good with good coffee. The customer service was terrific.- The bed in the double room was exceptionally comfortable.- The room had a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe.

For a 4 star hotel the food was terrible. The room was too hot and no air con. Not the usual style for 4 star. The garage was a long way to carry suitcases. The rooms mearly satisfactory. Not the usual bathroom accessories. Very disappointing.

The venue is impressive and pleasant, its location is magnificent, close enough to Spain, the poorest areas of the town, and the centre of the town. Comfortable atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are very rude.

The hotel's location is marvelous and super, situated at a medium distance from the College of Santo Domingo. the area surrounding the hotel is pretty nice, with lots of cafés and bars. - the rooms are exceptionally nice, with a standard design.

The setting was magnificent, very close to many attractions, and Miguel Hernandez Cultural Center, House and Museums, Casino, Schools. The double room we were given on arrival was new-fashioned.- Everyone from the staff was useful and knowledgeable.
